CLASS SCHEDULE

PROGRAMS

BOXING

Training in boxing (without actually fighting against an opponent) provides for a great exercise program for all muscle groups—providing for both good aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Performed under a regular workout schedule, boxing can lead to a great way to get into shape and stay there. When developing the skills needed for boxing, those who throw punches at a punching bag (or into the air) while moving their feet in synchronization with their arm movements become very well conditioned physically, with improved strength, power, coordination, and endurance. In addition, using such exercises traditionally used in boxing, such as skipping rope, running, calisthenics, sprints, and working out with the medicine ball, all help to improve the condition of the body, including most or all of the major muscles of the body such as the biceps, triceps, delts, pecs , quads , and lats.

MUAY THAI

Other than variations of punches as seen in western boxing (e.g. jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts), kicks, elbows and knee strikes are used in Muay Thai. Clinching, sweeps and throws are also used strategically in modern Muay Thai to make it an all-rounded combat art. Due to the 8-point contact, the sport has proven to be one of the most effective stand-up striking art and practised by many mixed martial artists.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a sport that takes the fundamentals of boxing and adds various forms of kneeing and kicking maneuvers. Requiring speed, agility, and coordination, kickboxing helps to improve muscular strength and overall physical fitness.

FIGHT TEAM TRAINING

For those that want to compete, or just take their fitness to the next level an train like a fighter. These classes will go over more in depth drills, and have a higher level of intensity and physicality. We simulate in fight situations to better prepare our bodies and minds for battle. Mouthguards are required as there will be contact.


FUNDAMENTALS CLASS (BEGINNERS)

Our Boxing/Kickboxing/ Muay Thai, Fundamentals classes are designed for students of ALL ages(10+). These classes are an introduction to each specific martial arts, and their techniques.

These classes are great for everyone from people new to the martial art style, returning students that may want a refresher, or even experienced fighters looking to master their craft or work specific fundamentals.

These classes will be based around each of the sports  fundamental building blocks . Teaching the necessary  footwork, defensive, and offensive  techniques for each martial art, allowing the student to quickly gain the proper knowledge, conditioning  and confidence. 



 


ABOUT US

HEAD COACH

Mikel Finnin has been involved in the martial arts scene since 2010. He Has studied under  some of the most accomplished Head Coaches available in Washington, Mark Hunter of CCMA, Travis Doerge of 6 feet under MMA, and Landon Showalter of AKA, put together is a culmination of over 13 years striking experience split between Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Was in active competition from 2012-2019. Although He found a New passion for coaching in 2020 with the help of Brandon Thorn  Head coach of Mutual Combat sports and fitness facility in Mountlake Terrace WA. After finding a location Mikel decided to set out on his own and opened his Everett facility Ring Kings Combat Sports and Fitness in 2022.


Youth Athlete Sponsorship programs

Ring Kings Combat Sports and fitness LLC, is affiliated with a local NON-Profit organization that focuses on local youth athletes whose family may have been affected financially by Covid-19, or whose families already receive benefits from the state. By working together we have programs in place to cover part, or even 100% of monthly tuition, AND associated equipment needed, such as (Boxing gloves, shin guards, hand wraps & mouthguards)

These programs or reserved for qualifying Youth under the age of 18, for more information please reach out to our team at.

GENERAL ENROLLMENT (ages 13+

(unlimited classes throughout the month)

Tuition rates:

1 month(month to month) 125.00

3 month package 300.00- (75$ savings)


*one promo available per student one time only. 


FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES (beginners) (all ages 10+)

(limited to the fundamentals classes only monday-friday @4:30-5:30pm)

1 month(month to month) $80.00


OPEN GYM ONLY( SELF TRAINED)

Access to all open gym time slots through the week 

1 month (month to month) $50.00

**There will be NO penalty for early termination of contract if student wishes to do so, as long as the request is submitted 30 DAYS before the next scheduled payment cycle begins.
